（1） 幽门螺杆菌毒力与环境因素及长非编码RNA基因群相关性研究，广西自然科学基金面上项目，项目负责人，项目批准号：2015GXNSFAA139165；
（2） NAP1L1蛋白与HDGF蛋白直接相互作用进而诱导胶质瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移的分子机制，国家自然科学基金地区科学基金项目，参与，项目批准号：81760450；
（3） 遗传多态性影响CYYR1并促进肝细胞癌发生、发展的相关机制及临床应用价值研究，广西自然科学基金面上项目，参与，项目批准号：2017GXNSFAA198002。
